Where are Peninsula Products Manufactured?
Peninsula Products are designed and manufactured in Melbourne, Australia.

Do you use Solid Timber for your furniture?
Yes, all of the timber is Solid Tasmanian Oak. The backing board on The Sideboard is a 6mm hardwood ply.

Do you do custom orders?
Sorry, we do not accept any custom requests at this time. This includes stain variations. We are focusing on our own products for the time being.

Are the measurements from floor to top of furniture?
Yes, they are!

What finish do you use on the furniture?
We use a finish by a brand called Livos. It is an all natural plan based product made in Germany. More information on Livos can be found at the link here

Where can I see the peninsula products?
These products can be seen at our workshop in Coburg. This is by appointment only. They can also be seen at Southwood in Fitzroy.

Is Shipping free only in Melbourne Metro?
No, Free shipping is in all of Victoria.

What's the lead time on the products?
The lead time is 4 weeks, unless we have some in stock.

Do you offer products in different timber?
At the moment, we do don't offer our products in any other timbers. The reason for this that we build our products in bulk and currently do not have the demand for other timbers.

Where is your wood sourced from?
Our wood is sourced by a Tasmanian family-owned company, McKay Timbers. 'Tasmanian Oak' logs are harvested from sustainable yield forests that are managed by Forestry Tasmania. McKAy Timbers are FSC. You can read more on McKay Timbers and their process here
